GORO ENDOW

ART GENERALIST (Painter, Poet & Musician)

Born in Nara, Japan,1975. Soon moved to Miyagi.
Attended and graduated from Meiji Gakuin University, Tokyo.
Mainly engaged in musical activities in late teens and twenties.
Started self-taught painting endeavors since 2007 having all musical activities on hold.
33 pieces of artworks consigned to Antoine Becaglia FineArte Gallery London in 2009.
As part of Mad Art artists, represented in Expo Art Fair in Tielt, Belgium in 2011.
Released art book ‘SONATA Art Gallery’ Virgo eBooks USA in 2013.
Due to a health issue, stopped working from 2014 to 2016.
Resumed painting in 2017.
Resumed musical activities under the moniker of COVERT38 in 2019. Music was included in a radio mixtape by famous British DJ Graham Duff.
Signed the management contract with The Design Art Concepts, Miami, Florida, USA in 2019.
Represented in Art Basel Miami 2019.
Left The Design Art Concepts in 2021.
Launched a creative writing project under the nom de plume Goro Sakaki in 2022.
Won 1st Place Fantasy Category and 2nd Place in Touch Of Blue Expo 2023.
Total artwork output is over 3000 pieces in 2024.

遠藤吾朗

アートジェネラリスト（画家、詩人、ミュージシャン）

１９７５年、奈良県生駒市にて誕生。生後間もなく宮城県松島町に移る。
１９９４年、宮城県仙台第三高等学校卒業。
１９９９年、明治学院大学文学部英文学科卒業。
十代後半～二十代は関東、宮城で主に音楽活動に専心する。
２００７年、音楽の道から一度離れ、画家になることを考える。独学で絵を描き始める。
２００８年、画家としての活動を開始する。第一回個展。
２００９年、英国ロンドンのアポイント制画廊、
FineArte Galleryと販売委託契約を結ぶ。
２０１１年、ベルギーのMad Art所属アーティストとしてExpo Art Fairに出展。
２０１３年、米国Virgo eBooksより画文集「Goro Endow SONATA Art Gallery」を出版する。
２０１４年～２０１６年、健康上の理由により活動を休止する。
２０１７年、画業を再開する。
２０１９年、COVERT38名義により音楽活動を再開する。英国の人気DJ グラハム・ダフのラジオ番組で曲がオンエアされる。７月、米国フロリダ州マイアミのアーティストマネージメント会社、design art conceptsと契約。１２月、アートバーゼル（マイアミ）出展。
２０２１年、design art conceptsを離れる。
２０２２年、彭城吾朗（さかきごろう）のペンネームによる文芸プロジェクト発足。
２０２３年１月、国際アートコンクール Touch Of Blue Expoにおいてファンタジー部門１位入賞、全部門総合では２位入賞。
２０２４年、素描／絵画作品の総制作数がおよそ３０００点を超える。
